As we are growing and staffing the Acquisition team, we are looking for a SEO Manager !
🌟 The objectives 🌟
The SEO Manager is a key role to us. The objectives are strategic and important :
・Develop and implement the SEO strategy on all 3 countries. The SEO Manager will coordinate with Communication, Content, Design and Branding, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Tech to implement these campaigns and projects.
・Set and meet the targets on SEO client subscriptions, prospects and leads according to the 2020 Budget.
・Create a technical SEO roadmap (including performance, navigation, indexation), prioritize technical projects and oversee implementations. Track the results of these projects.
・ Create also a SEO Content roadmap, prioritize content and oversee implementations. The SEO Manager will coordinate with Brand Content Management to help establish the editorial calendar and create synergies.
・Audit and analyze Malt’s websites, analytics and crawl data, identify issues, find root-cause, and experiment with solutions at scale in order to improve SEO performance
・Conduct SEO experiments in all countries, using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, statistical methods) and prove their effectiveness
💪 The challenges 💪
・ Be responsible for the SEO strategy and implementation of SEO projects for all countries (FR, DE,ES for now)
・Set and meet the target on SEO client subscriptions, prospects and leads
・Create and implement a SEO Technical & Content Roadmap in order to improve rankings & conversions for all countries
・Identify new SEO projects, partnerships & tools to improve rankings & conversions
・Create metrics reports on SEO acquisition for both freelancer and client acquisition to measure the ROI and effectiveness with the help of Data Analysts
・Evangelize on SEO benefits and specificities to all the teams concerned (Tech, Brand Marketing, Communication, International teams)
🙌 Your profile 🙌
・In depth knowledge and demonstrable experience working with SEO, SEO tools, WordPress & HTML
・A minimum of 5 years of experience in online marketing /SEO
・Experience and knowledge of performance marketing strategy and implementation, SEO, Content Marketing and Web Analytics
・Capabilities to work efficiently with both Tech and non-Tech people
・Proven ability to think innovatively
・Self-motivated, well-organized, project-oriented individual
・Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
・Data driven decision making
・Fluent French and English
